The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Medical Device) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for critical positions within the Medical device division. This includes partnering with hiring managers and HR to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals, actively sourcing and engaging candidates (especially for technical R&D/engineering and commercial roles), advising stakeholders on hiring best practices and market conditions, analyzing recruiting metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, promoting inclusive hiring practices and diverse interview panels, and strengthening the company’s presence in the MedTech/tech talent markets by networking and building talent pipelines.
