The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our high‑performing Auckland‑based Survey team, taking a lead role in the delivery of complex and high‑value survey projects. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and take ownership of project delivery—overseeing quality, programme, and commercial outcomes. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, guiding project teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The role also includes a people‑leadership component, supporting a team of approximately 5–7 surveyors, focusing on mentoring, coaching and helping others grow.
