Senior Support Worker – Care Home
Location - Halesowen, West Midlands

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our care team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

Key Responsibilities
Support residents with personal care and daily living activities
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Administer or prompt medication as trained
Maintain accurate care records
Assist with care planning and reviews
Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals
Mentor and support Support Workers
Report any concerns to senior staffRequirements
Previous experience in a senior care role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good organisational and teamwork skills
Caring and empathetic natureQualifications
