Responsibilities
Lead structural design management for design‑build or traditional projects, either working alongside the in‑house design team or deployed directly to the main contractor’s project team.
Oversee structural design development, analysis, and documentation for buildings and infrastructure.
Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural elements smoothly.
Ensure designs meet safety codes, seismic/wind requirements, and durability standards in the chosen market.
Instruct or oversee the internal structural design team as required.
Requirements
In‑depth knowledge of either Singapore or Hong Kong structural codes and construction practices. Experience in both markets is a plus but not required.
Bachelor or Master in Structural or Civil Engineering; professional qualification preferred, such as:
