- To lead structural design projects, from initial concept through detailed design and construction - To ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations - To coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate designs into projects - To develop detailed structural design calculations and drawings for various types of projects - To provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
