You will report directly to our Sr Director Strategic Sourcing and you’ll work out of our Charlotte/Raleigh, NC or Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supplier quality. You will be responsible for developing and executing annual and strategic sourcing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base, achieve lowest total cost, and reduce sole/single source risk. Additionally, you will drive improvements in sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems.
