Robert Half is looking for an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our client's team in South Jersey. This Senior Staff Accountant role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who can manage core accounting activities, support accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong control over receivables and expense-related processes. The position offers the opportunity to work across multiple accounting functions while partnering with internal teams to keep financial operations running smoothly.


Responsibilities:

+ Review balance sheet and operating expense accounts to identify variances, confirm accuracy, and support the integrity of the general ledger.

+ Prepare recurring and month-end journal entries related to payroll, accruals, reclassifications, and other financial adjustments.

+ Administer the corporate credit card program through Concur, including oversight of process compliance and issue resolution.
