            Responsibilities  Provide professional assessment, consultancy and therapeutic intervention to patients. 
Develop, implement and review appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs. 
Adhere strictly to established clinical protocols, standards and procedures. 
Communicate therapy goals, progress and care plans with patients and/or caregivers. 
Train, supervise and support therapy assistants to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery. 
Support the organisation of staff deployment and caseload coverage to ensure service continuity. 
 Requirements  Recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy. 
Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council. 
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Speech Therapist. 
Experience in a community hospital setting is an added advantage.
