Senior Specialist Tax Reporting Funds

Aufgaben

• Preparation of tax reports for private equity funds for investors in the German-speaking Europe
• Ad hoc handling of various projects relating to reporting for investors
• Assistance with ongoing tax cases for Switzerland, Germany and Austria and support with tax provisions
• Support with the tax due diligence process and tax structuring
• Coordination of external service providers in the preparation of tax reports for investors (CRS, AEOI)
• Quality control of external law firms and service providers during the annual tax compliance process, review of tax returns prepared by external parties, coordination of tax reporting procedures and maintenance of databases
• Reviewing operational tax methodology and conducting ongoing reviews of tax processes and internal controls
