Independently lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meeting, composing JD, job posting, candidate searching & selection, interview arrangement, offer management, and onboarding follow-up for all-level positions in HK.
Track and ensure the quality of recruitment to meet the target KPIs
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business and HR stakeholders to collectively drive recruitment results and address business needs
Take a key role to initiate and support the implementation of company’s EVP strategy and Employer Branding roadmap in the region.
Act as key member to build and maintain good relationships with target schools and support campus events
Support digital transformation for the entire TA organization
Manage related vendors and resources
Support other ad-hoc tasks and projects upon request
