Position Summary

The Senior Specialist: Online Operations is responsible for supporting the execution, deployment, optimisation support, and performance tracking of on‑site Retail Media assets across Massmart’s digital platforms. The role is also required to ensure that digital assets (e.g. banners, sponsored placements, product features, landing pages, and content modules) are accurately implemented, aligned to campaign requirements, and functioning optimally to deliver a seamless customer experience.
