The purpose of this role is to conduct specialized in-depth studies in terms of organization structure and strategic workforce planning, implement organization development programs and propose viable strategies to sustain efficient and effective organization.
Core Responsibilities Organization Design - Support in the design, evaluation, and implementation of organizational structures aligned with corporate strategy.
