Your role
Your mission is to lead the project management towards implementing new manufacturing technologies within machining and assembly processes for the Scientific Vacuum Division. You will report to the Head of Operational Excellence.
You will guide our manufacturing technology experts across the factories to develop the road map for manufacturing technology innovations by examining the potentials of new technologies
Together with the factory teams, you lead the Proof of Concepts for new technologies ensuring the internal knowledge transfer
You will screen the market for new technologies and will support teams in factories and divisional engineering during New Product Introductions at feasibility reviews for new processes
