How you’ll make an impact
Provide technical support to merchants during their implementation of payment processing technology.
Answer all merchants’ integration‑related questions, including but not limited to configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go‑live support, and post‑live support.
Collaborate and partner with internal teams such as Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Merchant Configuration, Sales, Account Managers, and Merchant Care to resolve issues during customer trials, integrations, or post‑im...
