The hotel offers a 3 rosette acclaimed restaurant serving fresh food dishes, a more informal restaurant with outdoor seating and a bar lounge serving very popular afternoon teas and lite bites. In this Senior Sous Chef role you will be given access to training courses so that you can fully support the Head Chef to manage the kitchen and brigade of 10 chefs.
