Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily kitchen preparation and service

  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff

  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and hygiene compliance

  • Maintain food quality and presentation standards

  • Assume full kitchen responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence


Requirements



  • Proven Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef experience

  • Safari lodge or remote kitchen exposure preferred
