Senior Software Tester

Senior software testers are responsible for reviewing, designing, and building test implementations, including test strategy, development, and execution of software test plans to identify software problems and their causes. They ensure software quality within complex systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Test case creation and hands‑on testing of more complex features
• Support testers with reviewing requirements, test plans, test procedures, test artifacts, and test reports, as needed
• Develop and manage and lead the execution of a comprehensive test plan. Monitor team conduct test execution based on predefine stage and type of testing activities (functional test, regression test, system test, integration test, E2E, UAT, Smoke Test)
• Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved in the defect tracking system
