Responsibilities Work with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve software delivery, system reliability, and engineering processes. Review existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Recommend best practices such as CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to help teams achieve their goals. Create roadmaps for adopting new tools, processes, and engineering capabilities. Communicate technical solutions and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support proof-of-concept (POC) projects and help teams during the early stages of implementation. Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.
Requirements At least 6 years of experience in a software engineering role as an individual contributor. Strong experience with React and TypeScript. Experience with Node.js is an advantage.
