This role sits within the Product Engineering team, focusing on delivering scalable digital solutions for customer journeys. Data, process, and system understanding are key to reducing the volume of customer contacts and complaints. The role requires deep insight into customer interactions, identifying process gaps, and translating business needs into structured, deliverable solutions.
You will act as a techno‑functional expert, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, shape them into functional designs, and drive technical solution delivery across SAP CRM, SAP IS‑U, and integrated customer platforms, alongside AI‑enabled tools.
