We’re looking for two Senior Developers to join a well-established Finnish SaaS product used by tens of thousands of businesses across Finland. This is a rare opportunity to spearhead AI adoption across an experienced development team and shape how a major product uses AI from the ground up.

Role in plain English

For the first 6‑12 months you’ll learn a highly regulated, business‑critical domain deeply. From there you’ll lead the implementation of AI‑assisted development practices across the team and start identifying and building AI features directly into the product.

This isn’t a strategy role. You’ll be writing code every day.

What we’re looking for

• Senior level C#/.NET experience. 7+ years
• Genuine hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development – spec‑driven workflows, agentic coding, not just basic Copilot usage.
