The Senior Software Engineer - Workday PATT configures the Workday HRIS based on business requirements developed in partnership with cross-functional HR and technology teams and in support of organizational goals. You will partner with Payroll and Benefits teams. You will work together to understand business needs and define system requirements. Additionally, they will configure Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time-Tracking components and business processes. The goal of these efforts is to support an associate experience. You will partner with technology developers to offer business process subject matter expertise to develop technology integrations.
