Our client in Telford & Wrekin is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Adult Safeguarding Team. This role focuses on managing a professional social work caseload within an Asset-Based and Community-Led Support framework, supporting adults with complex needs while safeguarding their wellbeing and promoting independence.

You will play a key role in assessment, support planning, safeguarding activity, and risk management, while actively contributing to weekly peer review forums to influence decision-making and ensure high‑quality practice.

This position is ideal for a confident practitioner who is experienced in safeguarding, thrives on autonomous working, and can design creative, person‑centred solutions that maximise community resources rather than relying on traditional care packages.
