Job Title: Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (ID6009)

Location: Singapore (Site-based)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $4,500 – $6,500

• Manage contract administration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Handle procurement, quotations, cost comparison, and budgeting
• Prepare and assess progress claims, variation orders, and payments
• Monitor and report project financial performance and cost status
• Review architect instructions and evaluate cost/time impact
• Coordinate site activities and attend project meetings
• Perform quantity measurement and prepare monthly reports
• Manage final accounts and project cost settlement
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
