We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager for a 2-year residential development project in Wigan . This is an excellent opportunity to join an established PLC housebuilder and lead the delivery of a live housing development through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and NHBC compliance.

As a Freelance Senior Site Manager , you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live housing development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
