Salary: £60,000 Plus Package

Location: East London

A Senior Site Manager is required to work for a Main Contractor in East London.

This main contractor has a strong pipeline of work which gives them an impressive track record. They specialise in fit‑out, refurbishment and new build, with projects valued up to £30m. The current project is a £6m cut‑and‑carve commercial office in East London.

Qualifications 5 years’ experience as a Senior Site Manager. Degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification. Main contracting experience. A strong track record as a Senior Site Manager. Projects seen through from inception to completion. Experience working on Cut and Carve schemes. CSCS Card. SMSTS certificate. First Aid Certificate.
