Overview

Senior Shepherd role at Pāmu Landcorp Farming Limited, a State‑Owned Enterprise with over 110 farms across New Zealand. The role is based at Kapiro Farm, located ten minutes from Kerikeri in the Bay of Islands. Kapiro Farm is a 1,800ha breeding and finishing property with a Rangitane Angus herd and a fully recorded sheep flock.

Responsibilities

• Livestock and pasture management, including animal health care.
• Feed budgeting in collaboration with the Stock Manager and Farm Manager.
• General farm maintenance, fencing, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintaining records and ensuring environmental compliance.
