Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ITOM solutions within ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.).
• Good understanding of ServiceNow toolsets.
• Service Mapping and Discovery: Implement and maintain service maps and discovery schedules to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
