Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance HRSD (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge, HR Catalog) and implement compliant workflows, journeys, and automated approvals.
• Build and maintain Service Portal / Employee Center components, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Implement integrations with external systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, Jira, recruitment, payroll, document management) via REST/SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub, ensuring secure handling of sensitive HR data through ACLs, roles, and compliance controls.
