We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team. Representing top OEM brands including Yamaha and Suzuki, as well as our full line of automotive services, you will be the key link between our customers and our service department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and work schedules.
- Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the service team.
