Responsibilities
Payment Certificates / Invoicing:
- Receive completed Services / Breakdowns and Planning Schedules from relevant administration
- Compile Payment Certificate and Invoice
- Ensure Files are Approved and Taken to Bhisho for Payment
Contracts Management:
- Log all Servicing Appointments
- Order all Servicing Spares, Check and Distribute for all Branches
