Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager for our PHV leasing division. Your primary mission is to ensure our fleet is 100% utilized by acquiring new drivers and managing existing driver relationships. You are required to hit monthly rental targets, manage driver onboarding, and implement retention strategies to minimize vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruitment of PHV drivers through digital marketing leads, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Monitor idle inventory daily and execute rapid-fire sales tactics to get cars on the road.
• Create competitive rental packages, drive-to-own schemes, and referral bonuses to attract top-tier drivers.
• Oversee the conversion funnel—from initial inquiry to document vetting, security deposit collection, and car handover.
• Develop strategies to reduce driver churn and work closely with the credit control team to manage rental arrears.
