Key Responsibilities - Drive revenue growth and achieve sales and margin targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for marine lubricants
- Manage and grow key marine accounts (ship owners, fleet operators, offshore clients)
- Identify and secure new business within the marine sector
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team
- Maintain strong relationships with ExxonMobil stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Required Qualifications & Experience - Minimum 810 years senior sales experience
- Marine industry sales experience is essential and NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Proven background in marine lubricants, shipping, offshore services, or related marine sectors
