Objective of the Role: Create stock and sales plans for each account that match financial targets and company goals. Meet regularly with distributors and retailers to plan sales and marketing, build strong relationships, and understand their goals, market conditions, challenges, competitors, and opportunities. Prepare and track quarterly profit and loss for each account to ensure financial targets are met. Review and challenge the yearly advertising and promotion budget from partners to maximize local investment. Track distributor and retailer sales, stock levels, and activities to increase sales and maintain brand image. Create forecasts and budgets aligned with Revlon’s overall strategy.
