As the Senior Sales Generator (2 IC) , you’ll play a critical role in the day‑to‑day success of the store by driving sales performance through customer engagement and conversion, acting as second‑in‑charge in the Store Manager/Supervisor’s absence, leading by example on the sales floor, coaching and motivating the team to hit daily and monthly targets, upholding visual merchandising and brand standards, assisting with stock control, shrinkage prevention, and housekeeping, and ensuring service excellence at all times.
