Oversee the management of NAND, DRAM, and HBM projects from planning through execution. Coordinate resources, manage project priorities, and ensure effective utilization of available expertise. Evaluate industry trends to identify emerging customer needs. Develop business plans and product positioning strategies to enhance competitive market placement. Finalize tool configurations for development tools and manage customer long-range forecasts. Develop pricing proposals and lead commercial negotiations. Facilitate technical alignment between the local team, headquarters, and factory teams to implement innovative technology solutions. Communicate progress and key updates to internal and external stakeholders, leadership, and decision-makers. Requirements
