**Job summary**
Primary responsibility is to manage and ensure sales objectives for Eaton in Panama, it includes follow up to channels performance, select correct accounts and end users to warranty growing from Eaton in this market place and coordinate with vertical organization (Strategic Accounts & Utilities/Infrastructure) for active participation of Eaton in these segments. Leveraging marketing resources and programs designed for this country.
**Job responsibilities**
A.Implement and lead, the sales plan develop for Panamá to achieve planned goals. Implement customers plan visit defined by management (presential) to ensure increase business relationship with customers, new opportunities identification and alert of competitors actions.
B. Deliver to CR&PA manager and Regional management quarterly, monthly and weekly booking forecast base on market inputs to meet commitments and feed rest of organization processes.
