            Key Responsibilities Drive business development for retail and professional clients across MENA. 
Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue. 
Achieve individual and team sales targets. 
Lead client acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts. 
Generate trading volume and grow active client base. 
Develop and implement effective client onboarding strategies. 
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events. 
Support the expansion of the sales team and participate in hiring. 
Contribute to sales and marketing budget planning. 
Promote products including FX, indices, commodities, and equities. 
Monitor market trends and provide insights to internal teams. 
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
