PartnerRe is seeking a proactive individual to join the Group Retrocession team in Zürich. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of retrocession and reinsurance programmes, engaging closely with stakeholders and brokers, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in non-life reinsurance with a strong understanding of reinsurance structures. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for this position.
