Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and guide departmental staff to deliver efficient services in line with legislative, company and Trust standards
Ensure compliance with all relevant food, healthcare and purchasing legislation
Build and maintain strong relationships with Trust staff, patients, customers and stakeholders
Oversee quality monitoring, reporting and performance management in line with policies
