Salary: £35,923 - £39,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Shift pattern: 2 on 4 off

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a beautiful three‑bedded residential home for children and young people within the Stafford area. The organisation provides safe and secure long‑term homes for children and young people aged 7‑17, offering a high level of nurturing and therapeutic care. Children and young people are supported to attend school and activities and are instilled with confidence and life skills, aiming for the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice for staff as required and manage the daily running of the team.
• Support and deputise for the deputy manager as and when required.
• Carry out supervisions of individuals and support key workers.
