Liquid Personnel are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join its client’s residential care team for children and young people. This role involves providing high-quality care, leading shifts, and supporting the development of both residents and staff within a therapeutic environment.


What will your responsibilities be?

  • Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Provide direct care and emotional support to children and young people.

  • Act as a role model, promoting positive behaviours and independence.
