Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works in alignment with project specifications and Building Control regulations.
• Manage and oversee a team of site staff or clerks of works, ensuring their performance meets project requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, staff attendance, and administrative matters, ensuring discipline and punctuality.
• Assist in approving overtime requisitions and ensure proper supervision of works, either personally or by allocating site staff.
• Support the Employer in monitoring contractor schedules, site safety, and record‑keeping, and submit all relevant reports to project stakeholders.
