About the role

Mater is looking for a Senior Research Officer to join the Queensland Centre of Excellence in Autism and Intellectual Disability Health Team! This maximum term, full-time role will be based at our South Brisbane campus.


Salary range: $53.04 - $62.98 per hour  and+


What you’ll be doing


You will lead and coordinate the evaluation of the Centre and contribute to high quality research to improve the health and well-being of people with intellectual disability and Autistic people. You will achieve this by:

  • Lead the design and day-to-day management of the evaluation of the Centre using quantitative and qualitative methods, working with minimal oversight and in consultation with the leadership team.

  • Lead ethics and governance applications and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements.
