Salary Range: $160,000.00 To $235,000.00 Annually





Purpose of Position:

Senior Relationship Manager – Diversified Lending is responsible for originating, developing, and managing client and agent bank relationships within the broader C&I sector with the goal of helping the bank grow quality assets through both direct deals and participations in syndicated transactions. The role is accountable for business development, revenue generation, and relationship management while partnering closely with underwriting, credit, portfolio management, and treasury teams to ensure strong client outcomes and sound credit quality.

The position serves as a senior external representative of the Bank in targeted markets and is expected to proactively source opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Bank’s lending platform.
