About the Role
The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist will manage strategic and day-to-day recruitment marketing activities. This includes analysing target demographics, creating sourcing plans, promoting employee referral programs, organising job fairs and community events, and exploring new sourcing channels.
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
- Proven success running social media recruitment campaigns and building pipelines for high-volume roles.
- Experience in community engagement and building partnerships with schools, universities, and local organisations.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing best practices.
