The Senior Consultant will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment to ensure smooth running of the operations. They will be responsible for general permanent staffing in the commercial space. They will be given clients’ orders to work on and is responsible for maintaining their relationship with their clients and their own pool of candidates. At the same time, they will also be tasked to engage in business development to bring in potential new clients for the company.
