Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to successful placement. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional Digital, Marketing, and Commercial talent. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiate offers and manage the process through to placement and post-placement follow-up. Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market mapping. Maintain accurate records on the ATS/CRM and keep pipelines strong for key skillsets.
