• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to successful placement.


• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.


• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional Digital, Marketing, and Commercial talent.


• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.


• Negotiate offers and manage the process through to placement and post-placement follow-up.


• Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market mapping.


• Maintain accurate records on the ATS/CRM and keep pipelines strong for key skillsets.
