Role: Delivery Consultant with optional progression to 360 consultant

This is a HOT desk! We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll work closely with Principal Consultants on live roles, focusing on identifying and placing top-tier candidates across global markets. There are roles you will work on from day 1, ranging from Quant Trading and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Principal Consultants on active, high-value roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients globally
• Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining a high level of service
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (100 dials per day, 4 first interviews per week)

Requirements

• Over 6 month recruitment experience in a 360 firm
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working across global markets is advantageous
