Qualifications
- Prior experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and employment laws
- Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
